Returns & Exchanges

At Elite Fire Apparel, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide accurate, detailed descriptions of our products for your convenience. If you have any questions about a particular item, please contact us before placing your order. Please do not make assumptions.

We take great care to inspect all products for defects before shipping. Please note that customized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged, except in cases of product defects or errors in customization made by Elite Fire Apparel.

Returns and Exchanges

If you receive a defective product, or if there is a customization error caused by Elite Fire Apparel please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item for return instructions.

To ensure a smooth return or exchange process, please adhere to the following:

  • Items must be in their original condition and include the return authorization number (provided by us).

  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Altered items (i.e. washed, worn, damaged, having an odor) cannot be returned.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition within 10 of receipt.

If your return is authorized, we will issue an exchange or replacement item.
