Returns and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Elite Fire Apparel. We have provided accurate, detailed descriptions of our products for your convenience. If you have a question about a particular product(s), please contact us prior to ordering. Every effort is made to carefully inspect our products for defects prior to shipping. Customized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any reason with the exception of a product defect or customization error at the fault of Elite Fire Apparel.
If a product has a defect, is received with a customization error (at the fault of Elite Fire Apparel) or if you would like to return a product that has not been customized, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item(s) for return information. Items must be returned in their original condition along with a return authorization number enclosed before an exchange will be granted. Failure to adhere to this policy results in no exchange. Unauthorized returns will be sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please do not alter the item(s) received in any way. Items cannot be returned more than 10 days after receipt. If authorized, an exchange will be issued.
