Lead Time

AS OF 11/2/21 AT 9:00 A.M., WE ARE NOT GUARANTEEING ARRIVAL OF ANY ORDERS BY ANY CERTAIN DATE (INCLUDING RECEIVING THEM BY CHRISTMAS). DUE TO SUPPLY CHAIN ISSUES AND UNCERTAINTIES THAT WE ARE FACED WITH THAT ARE BEYOND OUR CONTROL, WE WILL GET ORDERS SHIPPED OUT AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE BUT WILL NOT BE POSTING LEAD TIME ESTIMATES FOR THE REMAINDER OF THIS YEAR. WE HAVE ALOT OF HATS IN STOCK AND WILL CONTINUE FULFILLING ORDERS RIGHT UP UNTIL 12/23/21. WE WILL POST PRODUCTION UPDATES BELOW DAILY M-F SO THAT YOU CAN SEE OUR PRODUCTION PROGRESS AND DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT YOU WANT TO PLACE AN ORDER.

If you've never ordered from us, please know that we work diligently to get personalized orders shipped out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality for speed. Our specific lead time varies depending on the number of orders pending at the time your order is finalized. Our goal is to be honest and not over-promise. AS OF 11/2/21 AT 9:00 A.M. - AGAIN, WE ARE NOT PREDICTING LEAD TIMES THROUGH THE REST OF 2021. THERE ARE NO GUARANTEES. 

With excellent customer service being our goal, we will strive to make sure that this page is as accurate as possible. Our goal is to keep you well-informed with as much information as we have to offer - often times our knowledge is limited and is circumstantial.

If we can reduce the phone calls and emails regarding the status of orders and estimated lead times, we can IMPROVE our lead time which is a win for all! AS OF 11/2/21 AT 9:00 A.M. AGAIN, WE ARE NOT PREDICTING LEAD TIMES THROUGH THE REST OF 2021. YOU WILL BE REFERRED BACK TO THIS PAGE TO SEE OUR PRODUCTION PROGRESS BELOW. 

 

 

IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THE BEST LEAD TIME):

SMALL ORDERS (12 or less hats): If you placed your order through our website (12 hats or less) ON OR BEFORE 11/1/2021 and your order contains items that require personalization, based on our standard/normal order volume (AS OF 11/2/21 AT 9:00 A.M., OUR VOLUME NOW IS MUCH HIGHER SO DO NOT GO BY OUR NORMAL ESTIMATE BELOW), it is still estimated to ship out within approximately 10-14 business days (M-F; no holidays) (as long as we have enough stock) which is typically our standard/normal lead time. THIS ESTIMATED TIME FRAME IS POSTED FOR YOUR FUTURE REFERENCE DURING NON-HOLIDAY MONTHS AND FOR THOSE WHO PLACED ORDERS OF THIS SIZE THROUGH 11/1/21. AGAIN, WE ARE NOT ESTIMATING LEAD TIMES FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER 11/1/21 THROUGH THE REST OF 2021.  

SMALL ORDERS (12 or less hats) UPDATE TUESDAY 12/7 AM : We have completed all hats that were ordered on or before 11/15 with these exceptions:

BULK ORDERS (13 or more hats): The lead time for bulk orders can vary depending on specifically what is ordered and our order volume. We do not guarantee a ship out date for bulk orders as we process them in the order in which they were received. 

BULK ORDERS (13 or more hats) UPDATE TUESDAY 12/7 AM: We are currently processing the last bulk order that was placed 11/3. The next bulk order up was placed 11/5 which is in progress.

IF WE MANUALLY ENTER YOUR ORDER FOR YOU:

Most of the time this refers to custom orders where your artwork/design is not available to order from our website. If we enter your order manually, please reach out to us regarding your lead time because there are too many variables to accurately estimate with custom orders (especially if you order custom thread colors, custom artwork and/or hats/items that we do not stock). 

WHAT TO EXPECT:

Once your order has been placed, you should receive an automated Order Confirmation email from us. Make sure orders@elitefireapparel.com is on the "safe sender" list in the email account associated with your order. This should prevent correspondence regarding your order from going to your spam/junk folder. If we have a question regarding your order, we will send you an email. We don't send order updates as many expect because your order is "pending" right up until we package it to ship. We'd rather spend our time working on processing orders so that you receive your order faster. You'll receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email when your shipping label is printed. It will contain a delivery tracking number so you can track it along the way.
