We update this page daily Monday - Friday (except holidays) so that our customers can stay well informed of our production progress before and after placing an order. The daily updates are posted in RED below. This page is divided into two sections - orders of 12 or less hats and bulk orders of 13 or more hats.
If you've never ordered from us, please know that we work diligently to get personalized orders shipped out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality for speed. Our specific lead time varies depending on the number of orders pending at the time your order is finalized. Our goal is to be honest and not over-promise.
With excellent customer service being our goal, we will strive to make sure that this page is as accurate as possible. Our goal is to keep you well-informed with as much information as we have to offer - often times our knowledge is limited and is circumstantial (especially with supply chain challenges).
If we can reduce the phone calls and emails regarding the status of orders and estimated lead times, we can IMPROVE our lead time which is a win for all!
IF YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER THROUGH OUR WEBSITE (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR THE BEST LEAD TIME):
SMALL ORDERS (12 or less hats): If you placed your order through our website (12 hats or less) and your order contains items that require personalization, based on our standard/normal order volume it is estimated to ship out within approximately 10-14 business days (Monday-Friday; holiday closures posted at the bottom of this page). This is applicable to all in stock products. If an item/size/color is backordered (which is rare right now), this lead time will vary. We post low stock and no stock information along with estimated backorder dates on each applicable product page once we are informed by our suppliers. We update these pages daily as we are given new information.
SMALL ORDERS (12 or less hats) UPDATE FRIDAY 8/19 AM: We have shipped all orders of this size that were placed on or before 8/16 with the exception of the order below that is missing information.
Orders with missing info/question(s) - emails have been sent to the customers:
Order #24195 - email 7/27 and 7/28 (missing thread color); phone call 7/28 - number not accepting voicemail so no message left; emails 8/8, 8/11, 8/17, 8/18; phone call 8/18 - number not accepting voicemail so no message left.
BULK ORDERS (13 or more hats): The lead time for bulk orders can vary depending on specifically what is ordered and our order volume. We do not guarantee a ship out date for bulk orders as we process them in the order in which they were received. We fulfill smaller bulk orders concurrently with large bulk orders to make it fair to all customers.
BULK ORDERS (13 or more hats) UPDATE FRIDAY 8/19 AM: We have shipped all bulk orders that were placed through 8/7 with the exception of one order placed 8/2 in which we are waiting for the customer to respond.
IF WE MANUALLY ENTER YOUR ORDER FOR YOU:
Most of the time this refers to custom orders where your artwork/design is not available to order from our website. If we enter your order manually, please reach out to us regarding your lead time because there are too many variables to accurately estimate with custom orders (especially if you order custom thread colors, custom artwork and/or hats/items that we do not stock).
WHAT TO EXPECT:
Once your order has been placed, you should receive an automated Order Confirmation email from us. Make sure firstname.lastname@example.org is on the "safe sender" list in the email account associated with your order. This should prevent correspondence regarding your order from going to your spam/junk folder. If we have a question regarding your order, we will send you an email. We don't send order updates as many expect because your order is "pending" right up until we package it to ship. We'd rather spend our time working on processing orders so that you receive your order faster. You'll receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email when your shipping label is printed. It will contain a delivery tracking number so you can track it along the way.
