Welcome to the most popular page on our website!

Orders placed after 12/2/24 at 10:00 AM (EST) are not guaranteed to ship by 12/20 however we are currently way ahead of schedule. We will continue to process as many orders as possible through 12/20. We will be working shorter modified hours 12/26 - 12/30 and will return to our normal production on 1/2/25.

We update this page daily M-F except holidays and shop closures that are posted at the bottom of this page. We are quickly approaching our limits

Providing excellent customer service is important to us and we like to keep you well informed regarding our production progress before and after placing an order with us.

The daily updates are posted below in the ORANGE section and are based on the size of the order. We do not prioritize order fulfillment based on the order size. Both small and large orders are processed simultaneously. Sometimes we can ship out small orders more quickly and sometimes larger orders ship first depending on our order volume of each type at any given time.

With excellent customer service being our goal, we will strive to make sure this page is as accurate as possible. If we can reduce the phone calls and emails that we receive regarding the status of orders and estimated lead times, we can IMPROVE our lead time.

QUALITY MATTERS TO US

If you've never ordered from us, please know that we work diligently to get personalized orders shipped out as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality for speed. Our specific lead time varies depending on the number of orders pending at the time your order is finalized. Our goal is to be honest and not over-promise. 

ESTIMATED LEAD TIME

WEBSITE ORDERS (11 OR LESS HATS)

If you place your order through our website and order 11 or less hats, based on our standard order volume, it is estimated to ship out within approximately 10-14 *business days. However, as of 12/2 at 10:00 AM (EST), we have reached our order maximum to guarantee that orders placed after this date/time will ship by 12/20/24. However, we are currently ahead of schedule.

QUALIFYING QUANTITY DISCOUNT ORDERS (12 OR MORE HATS)

The lead time for these orders can vary depending on specifically what is ordered and our bulk order volume at any given time. It is difficult to provide a lead time estimate for bulk orders. They can consist of 12 hats or 250+ hats. We have no way of predicting when larger orders will be placed. Sometimes we are able to ship out bulk orders within a week and sometimes during it can take 3-4 weeks for them to ship.

WEBSITE ORDERS (12 OR MORE - NOT QUALIFYING FOR QUANTITY DISCOUNT)

For larger orders placed through our website that do not qualify for a quantity discount due to multiple design variations in small quantities, the lead time can vary. These types of orders are unique and are more time consuming to complete. If you need a lead time estimate for this order type, contact us.

As of Wednesday 12/4, we have shipped all orders of this type that were placed through 11/27 with the exception of:

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PLACING AN ORDER WITH US

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an automated Order Confirmation email. Make sure orders@elitefireapparel.com is on the "safe sender" list in the email account associated with your order. This should prevent correspondence regarding your order from going to your spam/junk folder.

If we have a question regarding your order, we will send you an email. We do not send order updates because your order is "pending" right up until we package it to ship. We'd rather spend our time working on processing orders so that you receive your order faster. You will receive an automated Shipping Confirmation email when the shipping label is printed for your order. It will contain a delivery tracking number.
