Daily Production Progress
(updated Monday–Friday, excluding holidays and shop closures which are posted at the bottom of this page)
Small Orders (11 hats or fewer)
As of Tuesday 12/23/25, we’ve shipped all orders of this size placed through 12/18/25.
Large Orders (12+ hats)
As of Tuesday 12/23/25, all qualifying orders of this size placed through 12/17/25 have been shipped.
Current Estimated Lead Times
Small Orders (11 hats or fewer)
• Currently estimated to ship within 10–14 business days from the order date
• Business days are Monday–Friday and exclude holidays or shop closures (listed at the bottom of this page)
Large Orders (12+ hats)
• Lead times vary based on design details and current shop volume
• Please refer to the progress updates above for general timing
• You are always welcome to contact us directly for a more specific estimate
Large Orders (12+ hats, no quantity discount)
• Large orders with multiple designs with smaller quantities of each require additional production time
• These orders do not qualify for quantity discounts
• Please contact us if you need a lead time estimate before ordering
What Happens After You Order

You’ll receive an Order Confirmation email - please add orders@elitefireapparel.com to your safe sender list.

No in-production updates are sent—your order stays “awaiting fulfillment” until it ships.

You’ll receive a Shipping Notification email with tracking once your label is printed.
