The Passport Design concept was one of our original concepts. We created it and named it in 2010. The Passport was a hit when we first launched it and it has not decreased in popularity. It was inspired by the helmet shields traditionally worn in the American fire service used to identify company and rank. Customize this hat according to the specs for your fire department or ride!

PERSONALIZING THE PASSPORT DESIGN
Our website has been built to be "responsive" to your selections when personalizing this design. First you will select the hat size, then color. Our website will then ask you for the Passport/Insert Color & the Border/Edge Color. Next, you will choose if you would like the simulated rivets (and Rivet Color, if applicable). Next you will enter the Number(s)/Letter(s), Number/Letter Color & Number/Letter Outline Color. And finally, you will select if you would like to add rear embroidery for an addional $7 (most hat styles).

Number(s)/Letter(s): Max. 4
Rivet Color: By default, if you select "Gold" we will use Dark Gold and if you select "Silver" we will use Medium Silver. The exception is if you have selected a different gold or silver shade elsewhere in the design. If you did, we will use the same shade of gold or silver that you selected for the other element(s).
